I love the way these boots look. I haven't had them that long, but I'm hoping they stretch out a little in the top of the foot. The width and length are great, but the top of my foot rubs occasionally. The material is soft and looks more expensive than these really are. No arch support. A little heel about 1/2 inch. A little loud on hard floors, but not as bad as many I've owned before. Calves are a little bigger than I need, but it makes it easy to fit skinny jeans into them. Or just leggings. I have skinny calves and big thighs, which is why I buy boots that are almost knee high though.
