I definitely needed a new pair of black booties and these are 'kicking.' I am making myself readjust to wearing heels since during the summer I wear flats more often. Also,even though I am close to 50, there is no way I am going to start wearing 'old lady' shoes and boots (or clothes for that matter.). Love the buckles and they look expensive. They would look fantastic with leggings, but I will need to think long and hard before I take that step. You younger ladies will, no doubt, look fabulous with these booties and leggings.
