These are super comfortable. I wear a size 8.5 and ordered an 8.5. Fits perfectly, like a glove. They are easy to walk in and don't rub into the back of my heel or crush my toes. They cover 99.9% of toe cleavage (which I hate!) They're the perfect height for a 5'8" woman such as myself who doesn't want to look like an amazon woman towering over everyone. I bought these to replace my other dependable black heels I've had for like 5 years and these definitely are of high quality and will last me just as long. I'm not a heel wearing person so to say these are comfortable and easy to walk in is Saying ALOT! I think every woman should have this trusty shoe in their closet 100%

First, I would like to address the postings I've seen regarding the smell of these boots. I am a Texas girl and own many ... Maybe too many, boots, and they are real leather. Real leather has a distinctive smell to them especially when they are first taken out of a box. Also. Leather has to be rubbed down with a treatment to keep them soft. Yea, some may find this "stinky" but it will go away. I love it because it tells me I have a good quality item.

From the first time I wore these boots, they became my favorite dress boot. They make your legs look amazing. If you want them for night life, they work, if you want them for day wear, they work. They are the perfect all around boot. I once wore my boots from work to a night out and my feet never complained.

THE COMPANY: much to my dismay, I went to put my boots on a couple weeks ago and noticed that the leather at the heel had becomed unstitched. I was devistated and angry. Since it had been a good 6 months since I've had the boots, there was no way the Company would do anything. I thought it was worth a try. They responded immediately, asking if I retained the receipt and the box, I had not. That was okay, they asked me to forward a picture of the tear and they would sent me a new pair of boots. All this took 2 weeks (only because the holiday fell between this time). It was that easy. Now that is customer service.
