My boots were delivered while I was at work. I got home and opened the shoebox....and found my boots had been used. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly infuriating, not to mention gross.

Were they hoping I'd e-mail them and keep them for a discount?

No. I ordered new boots. They should have sent me new boots. Returning and reordering in hopes of getting new boots this time. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Since I had them here, I tried them on. A few reviewers suggested going up a half size, so I got a 7 and it fit perfectly (I normally wear a 6 1/2, sometimes wide). I have thicker calves, so the boot was a little snug, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all. They're actually pretty nice boots for the price.

Had I recieved new boots I would have been really happy with them and gladly given 5 stars. These boots are an amazing deal. Unfortunately, their quality control needs some work, and it really pisses me off how often I've been receiving used merchandise when ordering on Amazon lately.

I've had these boots for over 2 years now and still going. No rips or tears and the zipper still works great! I've worn the many times in the rain and snow too and never had any problems with leaking. I would definitely order these again but I haven't had to yet!
